A lot of people disillusioned with pensions and seeing the jump in house prices are now considering thier house their pension.
BUT... think for a mintue - will you need an income to supplement what you do or don't get off the state? HOw will that work if you're living in your pension?
I have just been intorduced to a Managed Property Fund that you can buy into with your pension - I am consolidating all my bits of old company pensions to do this.
The company are buiding a 5* resort hotel in Cape Verde. You invest an amount of money either from a pension or cash. In 3 years you get your initial investment back minus 1% and then for the following 25 years you get a dividend off the share in the hotel operating company.
I thought it sounded good and have organised a couple of seminars to introduce folk to it and to learn more myself. It has been very popular so if you would like to know anymore please give me a call.
