Is it an idea to stress the fact that use of the on line forum is absolutely free. I'm sure we must get a lot of converts from forum users after they see the enthusiasm of 4N.

Just minor "typos" Brad..
5th Paragraph, 1st line - 18 months in, Brad's.. (apostrophe missing !)
7th Para, 1st line - The odd couple was formed and Brad's initial.. (apostrophe missing !)
8th Para, 2nd line - putting the members' interests..(apostrophe missing !)

Ok - first off, its far too bunched up - never be afraid of white space!
also, I reckon your trying to put way too much info on one page, I know that there's lots to tell but in order to avoid info overload it maybe worth skimming it down to three or four core things.
Glad to see videos on there but I would shrink them so that they keep their quality and also conserve on space.

I like it. A lot.
Agree there is a lot on one page, but from one who never really got scroll bars on websites I think the info here is needed. The only alterntaive I could think of is to have links at the top of the page so people can be taken to the explanation below for the bits they are interested in...
I only really have two other notes to make:
1) Description of pic with BB at 4NDevelopment induction meeting says 'recent' - word not needed as it won't always be recent!
2) Appointment Rounds section; points 1 is repeated in point 2.
