What is the best software programme or piece of technology that you use in your business that you could not do without (PC and Laptops aside) and why is it so important? How does it improve your business etc. Thanks

Have to agree with Liam. The internet gives me reach that would never be possible any other way. It also gives immediacy. EG, just updated room rates for the next few days and they are now viewable & bookable globally. How could I have done that in the days of printed annual guides?

Wildcat SEO would be lost without Kasumi.
She has been the best thing to happen to us and is responsible for me having little time to post in here!
Kasumi also makes great coffee, must be something to do with that Italian name thing she has going on...

Can I say XBOX360 now i know its not a business item, however without it I could not function properly, i feel that it gets rid of all tention killing nazi's, alients, and ....nazi aliens!!
Outlook and Excel too, due to my business I cannot work without them, also samsung toca with email access.

Again, the internet, without it I wouldn't have much of a business. Also Skype - I use it to chat with my Call The Office partners and it makes us feel much more like a team.

My wipe easy board and the internet...filing tax returns and companies house forms online is SO much easier --and saves photocopying

Our Microsoft Exchange server.
Having my iPhone's diary, contacts and email synchronising with Outlook on my laptop. I travel so much and it saves me so much time.

Now a days everybody are crazy in doing ..............
Ask Yourself three simple questions that affect your strategy planning...
- What direction is my business going in?
- How do I create my business strategy so that I can position myself as a leader in my industry?
- Where do I go to find out information about business strategy planning?

Ulead PhotoImpact XL SE - it does for me most things I would have used in Photoshop but only cost about £7 on Amazon v £500+. I also could not live without my MYOB accounting software - cheap and very easy.

Hmmm ... now this will blow my geek cover completely! I can live perfectly adequately without any 'stuff' techie or otherwise. The only thing I couldn't cope without is laughter ... whatever other rubbish and deprivation is going on in my world, if I can laugh until my belly aches then I know it will all be ok in the end. Laughter is salvation
