Hi Kerry Anne -
Congratulations! Yours is one of the few websites I've seen on this forum that manages to focus on benefits on the Home Page. Overall, as far as the text goes, I think you've done a pretty good job. It could do with tightening up in a few places. Perhaps the bullet points that tell small businesses what you can do for them should address them as 'you' (to retain consistency with the first part). I also think that much of the text below the video could perhaps go onto another page (although one or two of the benefits could be moved up).
Having said that, you've done a great job - and I like the video on the front page as well.

It's good to hear about the text, I've had discussions with a few people who believe the video and the sitepal are conflicting styles, and the video should be higher up on the page, which I do agree with, I just don't want to lose my words, and I don't think it would have the right flow if I moved it up nearer to the top.
I've added a link to the video which jumps straight to it, but is this enough?

Nice site. Home page is clear and tells me just what you do and induces me to browse the rest of the site. Plenty of content for search engines to get their teeth into too. Like the video testimonials also. All you need to fdo now is keep it up to date with fresh content on a regular basis.

I like it Kerry, but feel it only works because I already know what you do!
I've just shown it to a couple of colleagues who both said it took too long for them to understand and that it required too much reading. The video is excellent (top work julian) and could well do with being higher up the page.
On the menu, I would ask your designer to make the services option always expanded as this is a really quick way to see what you do. It tells me immediately what you can do to help......
