Hi Donald,
My first thought is....where's the video on the front page?! Given that you start off by saying "Video is the most effective way to convey your message...", I think you've just got to have some kind of video on there...maybe snippets from the videos you have on TV page?
Hope that helps...

I would have to agree with the guys above about having a video/image on the Homepage.

Also this image seems to have shrunk when placed in the top right hand corner which makes it hard to read.
You do have many good points as well - I like the layout, its easy to navigate and read with loads of good content. Behind the scenes you also have the title, meta and H tags in place good for Mr Google.

Hi Donald,
I think everyone has picked up on the fact that there needs to be more video on the site, especially on the home page. Something like lenzflare (no i didn't build it by the graphic designer I work with did) would suit you very well, but with an actual video running.
The content is great, but could do with some attention to it's typography to give it a cleaner more proffesional edge. The image in the top right would be better if it blended in with the site feel and look and although you have defined some meta information a bit more would help alot.

Nice image and nice looking site, well done.
I'd second what Stuart said about the image in the top right.
Kingston... I used to live there when I first moved down to work in London after university in the late 80's and 90's. It looks like you have a good location.
Where are your target clients based? If it is more of a London, M3 or M4 corridor thing then it might be worth mentioning these words on your site to attract some local jobs. You mention Kingston on your site, but also mention Surrey, London, City etc. (perhaps even Teddington and Shepperton studios! and nearby shoot locations) just in case potential clients are searching on these terms or if you are targeting local clients in other ways.

Hi Donald -
I like the fact that you've tried to make the case for video on the left hand side of the Home Page, but it needs to be much 'punchier'. Extract three of the most impressive facts from the document. Leave out the links to the other two documents as they're probably more relevant on other pages. Don't repeat the same section on your next page - people don't need to read the same thing twice and will nearly always go to the Home Page first.
The text on the right hand side is a bit long and ramblig. Tighten it up and break it down into small sections (using bullet points or headings). People 'read' website differently from printed material - they scan them, so great blocks of text aren't helpful.
All the best

Thank you for this generous and useful feedback. We were aware of some of the points, like video on the home page, and will address this in the new year. Other things we hadn't thought of and are pondering. But everything was very useful.
Best,
Donald
