Don't waste your time (or your money!). It won't work!!
This one has been around for years. Just look at a typical claim on the website
"Wu-Yi Tea is not only all-natural, it's also the ancient Chinese weight loss “secret” and that’s one of the reasons why the people of Asia stay so slim!"
No, I can tell you from first-hand experience that the reason Asian people (generally) stay slim is because they are poor! They frequently struggle to feed themselves and they do hard manual labour! They also tend to use fresh ingredients, including a lot of fish, fruit & veg.
Apart from all else, ancient Chinese culture never made a big thing out of being slim anyway!
Trust me! I am a fatty who has tried most miracle diets and I remain a fatty!

Denise
I can highly recommend Mick Parry I have used his products and his advise for over a year and they work. I lost over a stone at a sensible pace. In Sept and October I stopped taking it for various reasons and went on a binge of eating and drinking. Three weeks ago I started it up again and I have lost the folloing: week 1 - 4lbs, week 2 - 3 lbs, week 3 (weigh in this week)
Give Mick a call, he won't harass you, but give you solid advise. I have also found that taking Herbal Life also gives me a bit of a general "lift".

Thanks for your kind words Dean.
There's a lot of writing with this website, which I flicked through.
Behind all the hype there are a few good points, it mentions that you have this aswell as eating at least 5 very small meals, which is a good way to lose weight anyway,
This product contains green tea, which is a powerfull antioxidant and has thermojetic properties, which do help the body to burn calories as well, (I sell a product called Thermojetics beverage which helps with appertite and energy levels)
Apart from that I don't really know much about it, what I do know is, I lost 2st on Herbalife products, in a short space of time & have maintained my weight for over 6 years, in which time my energy levels have increased dramaticaly, I feel beter now at 46 than when I was 10 years younger, I've competed in Triathlons, and this year did my 1st half marathon. When I had to renew my HGV licence last year and my doctor was amazed that I wasn't "typical Truck driver shape", if you want a chat give me a call on either 0121 244 2968 or 07860166427.

Denise I can also vouch for Herbalife products. I lost weight with them years ago now. Never got involved with the business so have no hidden agenda here.
There are may distributors to chose from, but Mick seems like a nice, trustworthy chap. I am happy to recommend the products for weight loss.

I did the 'Diet Doctors' TV programme a couple of years ago and went from a 46" waist to a 34" in 12 weeks.
That was not with any mystical teas or anything else, just a simple case of calories in v calories used. I was eating sensible meals. No bread or potatoes after 4pm, no sugar or sweeteners (I was allowed 1 tbsp honey per week) and I went to the gym 6 days a week.
I know that's an extreme way to lose weight and get fit but it was for TV and therefore needed maximum results in a short period.
My biggest tips are to write EVERYTHING you eat or drink down, it will make you think more about what you're putting in your mouth. The odd glass of wine, the extra biscuit etc. And also to execise, walking everyday is the easiest and cheapest way to do it.
Good luck

There used to be a bit of a double act on radio round here...Graham Mack and Richie. Richie was always on about going on a diet. Graham's straightforward answer was
'eat less, move around more'.
I'm not sure about special teas or pills or green days or red days or points or any of that.
Skipping the pate and dancing round like a loon to 'summer of 69' at the Christmas Party was my effort in this direction...

Hi there, I've used Sure Slim, look them up on the web. They take some of your blood and do a test on it and then build a diet around you. We are all different and need different things. I took off 70 pounds from March to August. I can honestly say I did that eating more than I've ever done in my life!

If there was an easy miracle cure for being fat they would be prescribing it on the national health beause obesity costs them a fortune. Sad fact is if your calorie intake exceeds your calorie output you get fat. Couple of things you can do about that ..... intake less calories or output more, do both and the results happen quicker.
If you do something like the cambridge diet or atkins or any of the raft of other 'cures' the results won't last unless you fix the eating habits that grew your waistline in the first place.
Curves aren't a bad thing though, at least not until they reach peak district proportions.

The sensible answer:
Eat 250 calories less per day, exercise 250 calories per day = 1 lb per week weight loss. (from my personal trainer)
There is no point going on a 'diet' as most dieters weigh more afterwards due to overeating when their 'diet' is over.
Long-term good habits are where it's at - great idea to write down all you eat and drink (drinks with sugar, milk or alcohol all add up big time), then cut down on food and increase activity, it's the way to long-term health benefits not just a quick weight loss.
You can get help, support and advice form slimming clubs which give the added incentive of accountability as well as peer support. Slimming world is popular among my overweight friends!
