What software do I need for this? I have spreadsheets and word documents that I would like to email as PDF's or at least 'locked' documents that can't be edited. Is this possible with Microsoft office?

Hi Dean,
I always use PDF Factory Pro. Okay you have to pay a small amount but worth it as you can add watermarks, addititional security etc.

Hi Dean
You said you wanted security.
I don't know the free products mentioned above so do not know if they have security options.
If they do not, here's another freebie www.primopdf.com. I've been using for a while with no problems.
It has security, in particular password protection and also a setting to prevent people from copying and pasting the content.
