Can anyone help?
Not being a computer whiz I am a bit bamboozled., I want to have my details at the bottom of all my emails along with my company logo. I have managed to create my signature and although when I send emails I can see my logo fine on my machine and when people reply back I can see it in the replies, people tell me that they cannnot see the logo when they receive my emails. The text is there with my name, numbers, address etc. but the logo is just a box with a cross in the corner.
This is really doing my head in and I wondered if there was some star out there who could sort me out?
Thanks!
Sam

Thanks Rupert - that is what I have done and as I say the picture of my logo is showing on my machine, it is just other people that don't seem to be able to view?

Sam,
Some people have outlook set to text only or rich text format only - They will need HTML emails allowed to get the pictures. Test this by sending one to someone you know has HTML emails enabled.
If this does not work then maybe you are adding a link not a picture and the link is to a file on your machine which of course others can't see...

Hi guys
Thanks so much for all your input. Having restored my machine back to an earlier date (my new banking software which the bank supplied caused my machine to crash and burn - no not really just caused HUGE glitches!) and many emails with Lee I discovered that you can't use something from publisher as a signature! All sorted now and I really appreciate all your help, especially Lee who was as patient as a saint with this dummy! You guys rock!
Cheers
Sam
