Our system is used by the Norwegian Red Cross, Australian Education Service, Deepak Chopra, etc. Combines top-end teleconferencing with file sharing - it's a full collaborative suite that even works on dial up. So you and the candidate can be looking at each other, talking to each other, you can be showing them points on their CV you want to discuss with them, even editing their
video CV's with them.
Similarly you could conference with employers, editing job descriptions in real time with them, giving live feedback on their corporate recruitment videos while you both watch them, etc.
You can even all get together in the conference room for initial interviews, etc.
Plus you can record everything for the record.
Could be a very good way to get more done in a day, offer an enhanced service to both candidates and employers, and open up a bigger geogrphic area because of less need to travel.
I can get it for you for about one tenth of the corporate cost.
