Fielded general support@4n questions.. How do i edit my profile, how can i etc.. and if you can't help, then you can patch through to the batcave ala Jim and see if he can. Think first line of defence. Its just that you are always ionline, know your web stuff and equally the experience would do you good. Put that on your CV and smoke it.

Go on then, haha. Can't promise to man it 24/7/365 but I'll do my best. Throwing in a Passport for when I decide to go on a country wide networking tour would sweeten the deal somewhat... (think about all of the use it'd get with me being some 300 miles from a 4N meeting).
