Well Diane, great news and as you rightly predicted, I got offered that job and start on Monday all being well.  Bad news is I'm not allowed to talk about the company I work for apparently (until I work my magic) so won't be able to use the services of anyone on here apparently (obviously mentioned 4N's benefits during interviews).  Thanks for your kindness, personal sacrifice and general loveliness, hope to speak again soon :0)
