It is always a pleasure to spend time with Steve Lundy at Home Farm. The food is excellent, the service exceptional, and the prices reasonable. Wether a 4N breakfast (which must be the best on the circuit) or an intimate anniversary meal for two Home Farm is THE place to be.

This isn't about Home Farm, it's about Steve. He has been generous with his advice and has really helped me clarify some ideas. I very much respect his experience and opinions.

Linda and I had chose Home farm for our Valentines meal and we were very impressed - the food was perfect and there was a twist with each course that demonstrated the Chef's attention to detail. We went with high expectations for the level of service and quality of the food and these were surpassed, amazing

Loved my very brief stay at Home Farm. Was made to feel very welcome, and even though I arrived very late on a Sunday night, was fed and watered, and all of excellent quality. My room was the perfect place for a long lie in, shame I had a meeting to go to.

What can I say? I have heard about the best breakfast and even taunted Steve on this but nothing could have prepared me for the quality and excellence of the service and food at a wonderfull evening meal. The standard or accomodation and consideration for us the customer that took place behind the scenes was a pleasent supprise. My wife and I will certainly look forward to another excuse to stay during 2009.

What a delightful hotel! Nothing too much trouble, service with a BIG smile. A business to be proud of. Perfick! Great location for business meetings for those in the Exeter area that are fed up with the dull places on the periphery or the traffic trudge into the centre.

I recommended to my daughter and family to stay at Home Farm, which they did this weekend. They say it was just exceptional! This was their first time away with a young family and so it was always going to be a challenge, but nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they had a great time and a relaxing stay. Congratulations and thanks Steve and team.

I have to say (even if I am Honiton's Marketing Assistant!) is that the Home Farm breakfast is one of, if not the best breakfast that I've ever had. Going off another tangent, I had dinner there last night, the food was fantastic and I would certainly recommend it to anyone down that way.

I stayed overnight at Home Farm, and it is a wonderful, wonderful hotel. It is a hotel full of character and characters! A very warm welcome when I arrived from Tim on the desk, and fantastic food for dinner. A good selection of quality wines, without any silly prices. What really grabbed my attention and makes Home Farm uniques is the layout. Everywhere there are little nooks and crannies, and stair cases that appear to go nowhere and suddenly open up into another room. Warm and comforting decor and extremely clean throughout. They have a seperate bar from the lounge area, which is ideal if you want a little peace and quiet. My room was extremely comfortable, with a top quality en-suite that included a corner bath and a powerful shoer (my number 1 criteria). I can whole heartedly recommend Home Farm to anyone wanting a stop over for business, or a getaway from the hussle and bustle with the wife or girlfriend. I must offer one word of caution though: make sure the owner buys his own drinks!

My two visits to Home Farm Hotel were both excellent. I enjoyed a wonderfull breakfast at the 4N meeting held at Home Farm (the best I've had on the 4N circuit so far actually!) and a wonderfull 2 course lunch on my second visit which was also amazing value for money! The atmosphere and welcome at Home Farm is brilliant and I am looking forward to eventually staying at Home Farm Hotel for a relaxing weekend with my wife! I would recommend Home Farm to anybody looking for a relaxing and quality place to eat and stay. I would also recommend Home Farm to any business people looking for a place to stop off for lunch or to catch up with the office, as Steve has install a totally free WIFI system. So you can enjoy a relaxing lunch while going through your emails.
