I nearly made use of Steve's services, but the client paid!

 Steve was very helpful when I approached him to help me collect a number of debts that were owed to me by former clients. 

A good few months down the line, I received a cheque in the post which was part of the debt collected by Thornbury Collection Services for me from an old client. I thought that the debt was a lost cause and was ready to write it off, but Steve and his team continued to work on my behalf which I am very grateful for.

I would highly recommend using Thornbury Collection Services for any debt collection matters as they are professional and efficient in their work.

I want to say a HUGE thank you to Steve - I posted a query in the Can You Help forum this evening, and Steve promptly PM'd me, said he was free to talk and when I called, he talked me through the query in simple terms.  A really helpful and knowledgable guy who went above and beyond what was expected - Thank you again Steve.

Haven't used his services, yet, but just wanted to say what a top bloke!  I'd never spoke or PMd him personally but he took time out to help me with a 4N technical thing.  That's a nice person.  I likey nice, helpful, friendly people x

Not actually used Steve to recover a debt because ........ the advice he gave me in how to contact an owing customer did the job instead.
He told me how to word a letter for best effectiveness and the customer paid up when I had been chasing her for weeks!!
But I will say that if the lady hadn't paid I would've had no hesitation in asking him to recover the debt because he had been so helpful in our communication, and obviously knows his stuff.

A big thank you to Steve  for managing to sort out a year old debt owed to me.  I was feeling very worn down chasing it up over such a long period and about to give up. Steve took all that pressure off me and got a result.


 



 

In addition to Steves satisfied customers, there is a very content Regional Leader here too!  Having entrusted Steve with the 4Networking Area known as 'South Wales' in May 08 - he has consistently led and developed the area in a way that I cannot fault. 

I must say a huge THANKYOU to both Tom and Steve at Thornbury Collections. I had a rogue client based in India who let's say was rather adverse to settling an outstanding invoice. As a last resort, I contacted Thornbury Collections after they were recommended by other 4N members, not really expecting anything to happen. It was, after all, an order of the lofty variety: to recoup my money via a mere contact name and email address. In India. No postal address. No phone number. No way. I wished them luck. A few weeks down the line, and the money has been paid, the account now settled, all for a reasonably small fee. I now believe that anything is possible. Flying pigs? Low-cost fuel? Why not?

If you have a slow/bad debt worry, then worry no more!

I phoned Steve about a client who owed me for work done on her rented out house. She was more than happy with the work done, said she wanted to use me again but just didn't want to pay me for some reason.

Rather than getting up tight, angry, personal etc, I let Steve and his team handle the case. Within a matter of weeks, they had recovered all the funds!

With very modest collection fees for me to pay, I am delighted with the outcome and will not hesitate to use Steve and Thornbury Collection Services in the future.

Can't say how helpful this man is! He left an entire list of people for me to contact after I posted an ad on here. Really friendly guy and made me feel welcome on the 4networkign site!

I've known Steve and the guys at Thornbury for many years now, they are totally professional, friendly and more to the point, they get RESULTS!

I now pass any overdue invoices to them, not only do they get my money in for me quickly, they do it in a way which ensures my clients stay happy too!

Thornbury Collections took on a bad debt I was struggling to deal with and within a few weeks they'd not only managed to contact the company but had recovered all the money due to me, plus some! They kept me informed of the progress throughout and their fee was very reasonable too. I have already recommended them to a couple of other CT editors and will continue to praise their services to anyone in need!
