As soon as I met Sarah, I felt connected to her. She has an aura of caring about her. I spoke to her a number of times and listened to her networking presentations. Nobody can say very much in a minute (or less), but, again, I sensed a really deep passion about what she does. As Paul (above) said, we all have hang-ups, or whatever you might call them, and we mostly don't realise how much they limit us or our belief in ourselves. I booked a session with Sarah, and went to see her yesterday. In a safe, nurturing, but practical way, she helped me transform a memory into one that no longer hurts, and that's been there for 14 years! When I left, I felt lighter than I have done in years and she taught me that I could go forward with a very different approach. I never felt quite convinced that it could be done, but Sarah did in less than an hour. She's gifted and lovely and I'm so glad our paths have crossed. |

I am truly grateful to you. I left your session feeling mega positive and on a high for about a week, then I started to think, I hope this lasts. Well it did! I have no idea what you did to me, but I am a changed woman! I was no longer worrying about the old problem, in fact I was totally relaxed so a big big THANK you!! Do believe the hype, Sarah is amazing and really knows her stuff. Above all, she is a genuinely nice, warm and honest person which is a rare thing these days! |

In just 5 minutes Sarah gave me invaluable tips that not only boosted my confidence enormously, but also helped me to deal with a few difficult issues I'd been having. I can thoroughly recommend Sarah as a business coach - very professional, with a 'no nonsense' approach. Sarah is genuine, and first and foremost wants to help. I am generally fairly sceptical about coaching, but not so about Sarah's version. Business coaching with hefty business backbone. There are many coaches that coach your own ideas out with nothing to add of their own, but she has plenty to add! Furthermore, she is a wonderful, warm and generous human being. |
