When a potential new customer contacted me regarding a failed hard drive, I knew who to contact straight away!! Sue managed to recovery my customers data, where other companies had failed and said it was a lost cause.

Needless to say the potential customer has since turned into a new customer.

Hello there, me again!!

Sue has just cleared my PC of a really horrible trojan- a new one from America.

Although Kaspersky could detect it, this Trojan had got into a part of my computer where Kaspersky couldn't get at it and it meant I couldn't boot up.

Sue zapped the blighter using her special powers and I'm up and running again.

I cannot thank Sue enough - again - and would recommend her service to anyone.

 

Sue is a saviour! My son took his PC to college to give a presentation. It got damaged and after his PC did 'Disc Check' everything died - hard drive and external drive where his back up's were stored. He is 3 weeks from his final presentation doing computer studies - so you can imagine the panic!!!!
Sue had the external drive on Thursday, the PC on Friday and we collected them both fully functional on Sunday!
All is wonderful - she has even recovered things he deleted months ago. Not only that his machine has a larger memory than it had before!

I was in a panic as I was told my hard drive was knackered and I had lost loads of data, and most importantly all of my calypso email contacts who had registered with me. I was very upset at the thought of not beiong able to recontact all those people who had either bought from me or shown an interest in our products, and especially as we are approaching BBQ season.

Day 1 - I spoke to Sue and sent her my hard drive

Day 2 - she recieved my hard drive

Day 3 - I received my hard drive back with a memory stick with all my files on.

It really was that quick and painless.

I highly recommend Sue; she needs to wear a cape.

I asked Sue to build 2 computers for me. I am not computer hardware savvy so I could only ask for features in the vaguest of terms. I confidently left the details to Sue.

What I got were 2 very well built pieces of kit with top-notch components for a very reasonable price.

It was so much better to deal with a professional who knows her job rather than being at the mercy of the Saturday boys down at PC World.

As an IT consultant it is a necessity to have contacts that are reliable trustworthy and cost effective and I can firmly say that Digital Disclosure are that and more!

Sue took delivery of a electrically damaged drive (very dead) from me and within seven days had sourced parts and repaired and recovered the data (everything) and for a very good price returned the drive to me for me to give to my very very happy client.

As an OMB Accountant, when I caught a virus on my single laptop which Norton could not handle, I needed serious help -and quick!. I was not able to get into the internet as well as who-knows-what-else?.

I knew Sue from the 4networking group in Newcastle under Lyme. She sorted out the PC the following day and as a result I am able to give this testimonial. I've got my business up and running again at a very reasonable cost.
