I had a very unusual situation recently. I asked for help on the 4N forum. Bill offered some great advice online and others recommended him. Bill gave me more free advice on the phone which he did   by engaging with me and without patronising me. He helped me resolve the situation with good humour and eased my burden in the process. Thanks Bill you really are a star!

Had a long chat with Bill over the phone. Nice guy knows his stuff. He has my trust and my recommendation.

 

My husband and I had been putting off writing our wills for ages - it just seemed like too much hassle.   Bill helped us through the whole process and made it as easy as possible - we didn't really have to do anything other than tell him what we wanted to put in them. 

Bill was fantastic - he came to us at home, helped us think everything through and then got the wills drafted for checking and then finally signing.

Altogether, a pain free experience - and far cheaper than a high street solicitor.  Highly recommended.
