After spending most of my career working in the telemarketing sector I set up my own business, Redwing, in 2002 specialising in databases and spreadsheets. In 2008 I joined 4N, the best business decision I ever made. During the many subsequent 1 to 1's it became apparent that virtually everyone I was talking to had something in common – they had hundreds of contact details but no software to administer them. Yes there was lots of products on the market but few if any aimed at ‘tiny businesses. So it was clear that there was a huge hole in the market and tiny Business and tinyCRM was born.
