Our main coach, and the founder and owner of Real Success Ltd is Paul Harris who has over 20 years sales, marketing, finance and leadership experience. Having worked in small and medium sized businesses and large corporations in a variety of senior sales and marketing roles, Paul knows his stuff. He has run his own business for 5 years so also knows the challenges of being a start-up business as well as getting through those critical early years of developing a new business. He has owned a business coaching franchise and been a non-executive director for some of his clients, so his business experience is wide and varied. Paul is a family man that believes that life is to be lived, enjoyed, experienced and sometimes endured! But this rich and rounded approach is what makes Paul Real. No big ego but some have said he has a big heart. Helping others is what he loves to do and Real Success was founded on his passion to make a difference.
