A bit about me ...
I live near Banbury in a pretty North Oxfordshire village with my Husband and two cats, having returned to this area after University.
I graduated from The University of Newcastle Upon Tyne with a 2:1 in Food Marketing in 2000, and got a job as a Marketing Co-ordinator in a local Builders & Plumbers merchant experiencing rapid growth... In this role, in addition to the every day marketing activity I was responsbile for the marketing of 5 new branch openings, 2 sales incentive trips (1 a 5 day cruise in Europe, the other a 10 day Caribbean cruise for nearly 200 people). I was promoted to Marketing Manager while I was there. I then moved on to a recruitment agency, with responsibility for their marketing, website design and business development before setting up Chilli Promotional Products in 2008.
Throughout my career I have been involved with the purchasing of Promotional products and felt there was an opportunity for me to make a mark in this area. My aim is to combine the supply of a full range of promotional items, with competitive prices, while maintaining very high levels of customer care. It is imperative to me that my clients have a positive experience, are made aware of alternative products (if they want to be!) and benefit from special offer prices. There will always be consistency throughout your enquiry / order so you will never have to explain the same thing over and over again to different people on the end of the phone in a call centre!
