AMIVA is a VA/PA virtual service which offers businesses help with their admin and any secretarial need they have.  Anna has 10 yrs experience preparing pitches and presentations in Powerpoint for blue chip companies and loves helping her clients preparing those slides and presentations to top standards.

In 2008, Office Decluttering was launched to help business people work in more efficient and organised offices, thus saving time, money and energies by working with streamlined procedures and clear desks.  In the same year AMIVA became limited, AMIVA (UK) Ltd, incorporating both AMIVA and Office Decluttering.

Anna is a born organiser, a skill which shines in both her businesses and she relishes all that involves precision, organisation and careful planning.

Anna's achieves a great partnership with her clients and is able to offer a different perspective to their business which is often taken on board.

Born in Mantova, northern italy, has a degree in Humaniteis from La Sapienza in Rome and a MA in History of Arts from Urbino's Uni.
Moved to UK in 1987 and lived in London and the last 10+ yrs in Hertfordshire.

I worked with the Educational Department  of the Archaeological Superrintendenza in Rome for two years.  Once in London, I worked in the fashion industry and travelled the world whilst doing so, developing a great love for travel and foreign cultures, especially of the East.
I joined an italian multinational in 1991 and worked at Director and Board level for the following 15+ yrs; joining prestigious merchant banks in the City.

In 2003 I founded AMIVA and by 2005 i was working full time for myself.  Over the last 5 years I concentrated on developing strong relationships with my clients and helping them to achieve their goals and success; which became also mine.

In 2008, Office Decluttering was launched and AMIVA became limited, AMIVA (UK) Ltd, incorporating both AMIVA and Office Decluttering.

I love travelling, it was my long wish to visit China. This year, 2009, I spent a month traveling solo visiting part of Souther China and loved the experience, challenging and exciting at the same time. I doesn't speak Chinese!
For my next trip i am planning to spend a few days on a camel in the Sahara. I have visited Morocco twice already and am looking forward to experience once again traveling on a camel and the desert for the 1st time.
