Between 1999 & 2001 I assisted the fitness coach at Essex County Cricket squad with their pre-season fitness program.
I have been employed by several Borough Councils coaching, B.A.S.E, Cricket, and Tops in schools, summer camps and fun/open days across Beds/Berks & Bucks. I have also set up and run several after school sports clubs & run family fitness classes and run workshops and qualifying courses teaching the Base program.
I spent 3 yrs as Berkshires Multi-Skills Disability Coach training students, teachers and learning assistants a program I had adapted for inclusion in sports.
In 2004 to 2006 I was head coach in running the ECB’s coaching program Spirit of Cricket for the Berkshire area, where I co-ordinated coaching in several schools to set up and run a summer camps for 100’s children aged 9 – 15yrs.
In January 2007 I invented a sports training aid for bowlers in cricket, after an accident involving a 40 HGV I had to give up most of my coaching work as a result of a reacuring back injury, it was during this inactive period I adapted the device for golf, swimming, racket sports & several potential others.
Having shown the device to Sir Clive Woodward who was involved with the 2012 Olympics & taking his PGA coaching badge relised the potential this device had.
I proceeded to push for a patent & am at present looking to form a busin ess team to take the device global.
I have recently had endoresements from Gary Smith one of the Mens golf coaches & The Disabled Golf Society.
