Current Passport members are rewarded with 30 free membership days when a NEW person they introduce to 4Networking goes on to become a Passport member. To earn free days, the following must happen:
Any new visitor who has been added to the 4N site by one of these methods, who becomes a 4Networking Passport member, will earn you 30 extra days added to your current 4N Passport membership.
Someone who is already registered on the 4N site is not eligible, even if they have never been to a meeting. The programme is designed to incentivise making brand new people aware of 4Networking and getting them to try out a meeting.
Please note that if one of your friends first joins after your own Passport membership has expired, you will be given a one month Passport membership.
Firstly, go to the Meets page, www.4networking.biz/Events and find the meeting you want to book. You will then see an orange button: BOOK A VISITOR NOW.
The system will ask you first for your visitor's email address. This checks whether someone with that email is already registered, to avoid people being duplicated on the 4N system. If not on the system, you then register their details, entering all of the following information:
If your friend is already registered on the system but has never attended a meeting, you can also then book them into your chosen meeting, but they will not be eligible to earn you extra days. The booking process links the visitor to your account, should they decide to join 4N.
A 4N email is sent to them, confirming that you have booked them into the meeting, similar to the booking confirmation email you already receive. You receive an email about their booking too.
You do this exclusively via the Invite a Friend page, ensuring you are logged into the 4N site: www.4networking.biz/Home/InviteFriend. Instead of going off to a meeting page to book someone into a meeting, use the form on this page to simply register someone as an Online Only 4N member.
The person you have registered receives an email saying that they have been registered onto the 4N site by you and then they are given a user name and password to access the site. If then at any point, that person becomes a Passport member, you will have 30 extra days added to your Passport membership.
NO. The key is just to get people along to experience 4N! Your visitors will be treated in the same way as visitors are now - no hard sell, just the group team explaining the value of 4N and ensuring they are aware of the joining options, allowing people to make their own decision. Of course, if you do want to encourage them to join, then feel free!
Not at all! It's your choice! Each group's team will continue to work hard to attract new visitors and to ensure that each meeting is buzzing, fun and productive. But if you fancy adding extra days to your membership just by recommending 4N, then please get involved.
NO. Regardless of whether someone joins on their first, second or third visit, you still receive 30 extra days. There is NO time limit between when someone first visits and then joins in order to be eligible for earning extra days.
NO. For every new visitor you have booked in who joins, we just keep adding 30 extra days to your membership, with no limit! 12 new visitors who join = 360 extra days and so on...
No problem! 30 days is just the block of time we give you for each new member - new members can join in any pattern at any time and you still receive 30 extra days for each one.
Of course! Anyone who joins as a Passport member can add extra days to their own membership. It's another great reason to join 4Networking.
Go to the 'Your Extra Days' page in the Your Pages section. This shows you a running total of the extra days you have earned, along with the status of all your visitors. Go to the page here: www.4networking.biz/Account/Home/Referrals
Yes! Extra days are available in addition to the existing benefits for Area Leaders, Group Leaders, Group Co-ordinators and Marketing Co-ordinators.
However, team members and 4N HQ Support Desk should NOT register new people on behalf of other Passport members, as this will mean that any Invite a Friend days go to the team member and not the Passport member they are registering someone on behalf of.
If you are team member and you have, for example, invited someone on a member's behalf to your group's next meeting, to ensure that Passport member is correctly accredited with potential extra days, you must pass the details back to the Passport member for them to book their new visitor into the meeting or to register them onto the site.
To make it easier to spread the word about 4Networking and to be rewarded for it with extra days' membership, every 4Networking member can add a personalised link on their own website, emails, twitter messages etc.
Your Invite a Friend promo code link, which as standard goes to the 4N home page, includes a unique identifier linking back to the member who is using it. This means that when the link is clicked by someone new to 4N, that new person is automatically identified by the 4N system as being linked to the relevant member. Then, should that member book or be booked into a meeting and then join 4N, the relevant linked person will be rewarded with 30 extra days membership.
Your unique Invite a Friend promo code is available as a standard url link and this is listed boldly on the Invite a Friend page. The code is also embedded in the Share button messages that appear on most pages. And it's available within the pre-done messages available to send out via twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or by email. On your Invite a Friend p, the code is embedded within a choice of logos/phrases for you to use. Copy the code provided and embed in your own website, email signature etc.
You can amend the destination from the standard 4Networking home page just by changing the part of the link before the '?' element. If, for example, your local group is Banbury and you wanted to direct people to the summary page of Banbury meetings as their landing page, you would change the promo code link from www.4networking.biz?ref=XXX to www.4networking.biz/Events/Group/Banbury?ref=XXX.
