Ivy work life balance coaching is what is says on the tin. If your work life is so hectic & full of stress, you can take the tensions that build up during the day home with you and affect your home and social life. The tension can also have a detrimental effect on your physical health. If you’re working long hours and/or having a long commute, by the time you manage to get home you’re exhausted, burnt out and fit for nothing. Taking time out to relax is nigh on impossible when your life is out of balance, so that’s where I come in. We address time management issues and create time that you can use the way you want to use it. You can be more efficient at what you do, less stressed about what you don’t do and have time for what you want to do.
I have always had an issue with trying new foods. In the past, it has stopped me from attending business and social events it was so bad. After a session with Ann, I have now introduced foods into my diet which I never thought I would eat. It is so liberating to be so much more relaxed about food.

Ann's book From Stressed Angels to Wise Men is a great little read to gain some helpful insight & tips on how to deal with stress in life and big events such as Christmas. I highly recommend it to anyone who could use a little help in keeping things smooth at parties or family gatherings!
