I offer fitness and wellbeing together, looking after your body with fitness, Pilates with classes and 1:1, then specially for the ladies, massage and aromatherapy. Looking after our pelvic health (there's a better way), don't forget healthy food, wellbeing, great raw chocolate and the power of essential oils for health and emotions. All to support our bodies better, living our best life.
I'm a trained physio although now working with fitness and Pilates , massage and more. I've got the knowledge if you've got the motivation.
