I attended my first meeting today and I too was a bit apprehensive about the 40 second intro. I think I did Ok though, but always room for improvement. Thanks for the vid!

Having attended my first meeting last week and being somewhat apprehensive about doing the intro, I have found this resource a good reference as well as listening to how others are introducing themselves. One of the things that sticks out to me is the need to introduce yourself and people buying you rather than sell, sell sell!
