We have developed an online screening tool for recruiters/employers to better screen their candidates. The tool runs a complete scan of the individual's online activity with the aim of highlighting any inappropriate, offensive or illegal activity.
This process has been signed off by lawyers and is fully GDPR compliant. The candidate completes a consent form before the check is conducted and can withdraw consent or delete the data at any time.
The findings we have made so far range from inappropriate comments to illegally selling client data. It also highlights any security concerns for the individual in terms of leaked/hacked emails and passwords.
