For Self-Employed, We can use one years trading with one years accounts. We can also get a projection from your Accountant for the following years figures.
For Self-Employed, we can use any of the following:-
For Landlords, we can do Buy-to-Let, HMO, Serviced Accommodation, Bridging, Development Finance & Commercial Lending.
For Contractors, we can use your day rate e.g. £500.00 x 5 days x 46 weeks. We can just use your contract and we have lenders who may not need your salary and dividends.
