I help people reduce anxiety, increase confidence, overcome phobias, change habits, improve sleep and manage pain. I use a combination of mind techniques, including hypnosis and a load of letters - NLP (neurolinguistic programming), CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).
I have an office in central Bristol but can also do webcam sessions nationally and internationally.
Mind Blocks Sorted Monthly is a collection of hypnosis tracks which is added to each month.
Every person is a unique individual so my sessions are tailored to each person rather than a one size fits all.
I care about my clients. I want the best for them. I don't just do a session and forget about them. I follow up and make sure that they have achieved what they wanted. If they haven't then I will look at the reasons why and then look at what we can do next. That might involve more sessions with me or if they need additional help that I can't offer then I will do my best to refer to someone else.
So many things I like and never enough time to do them all.
I love being out in the countryside and taking photographs.
I enjoy flying model aircraft (though I prefer it in the warmer months of the year!)
I love learning new things, whether that is related to work or purely for interest.
