Why I’m good at what I do…

As a teenager I suffered with anxiety and depression and started to take drugs and alcohol to give me confidence and medicate myself. This became highly problematic for me and in 2000 I gave up the drugs and alcohol only to find that I had to still manage the anxiety and depression.

I went to university and studied Cognitive Behaviour Therapy- because it had worked for me and worked for many years in prisons and rehabilitation centres. I now have set up my own business running programmes in the form of face to face on a one to one basis, online via skype and also in a retreat setting. My programmes are a combination of what I have learnt over the years, what I have experienced to work for other people and also what has worked for me.

My retreat weekend has proven to be transformational for so many of my clients

Things I like…

I love spending time with my 2 Grandaughters who are 6 and 8, taking them for walks in the forest, going swimming with them or just having chats about stuff with them

I love swimming

I love scuba diving

I love going on holiday

I love being self- employed having the freedom to work when I want but also to work with my ideal clients.

What I do

  • I run retreats and programmes for people struggling with Anxiety and/or Depression
