Training Personified provides Corporate Training focusing on relaying the ideology that customer service is key to the success of any given organisation. To succeed in any area of business you need to have good interpersonal skills and an understanding of how to respond effectively using negotiating skills and persuasive techniques to both internal customers as well as external customers which our training successfully delivers. We mix interactive learning (team building) with active learning (core principles through power point presentations).

Training Personified was established to provide half day or one day bespoke interactive training workshops for client organisations and individuals, with a focus on Active Learning -  helping participants to embed information and understand how to utilise these transferable skills into the workplace which delivers results.

The provision of engaging training offers the opportunity to learn how to tackle issues, develop new skills and identify how to apply these to maximum effect - helping people to reach their full potential for the benefit of themselves and their organisation.

At Training Personified we are dedicated individuals that feel passionately about providing quality unforgettable training workshops and events with memories lasting a lifetime. We are highly organised with over 40 years experience between us. From planning and executing meetings, educational seminars, workshops and events from road shows, travel agents evenings, industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, coffee morning meetings, charity and celebrity events. As well as years of experience lecturing and providing training and team building sessions to staff members.


In addition we have exceptional knowledge within the education sector as well as the tourism and leisure industry with the bonus of a Masters Degree in Tourism Management and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. Qualified teacher status and also a Ba (Hons) in Education. We understand how key it is to deliver outstanding customer service and empower people with product knowledge.
