I am an experienced International Human Resources executive with an excellent track record of business achievement.

Having over 20 years' experience in Human Resources Management, working as a key member Senior Management teams, ensuring alignment of the business direction and management to the key group strategies.  I have a wealth of knowledge which includes the areas of staff development, People Strategy and Management, Training and Development, Quality Audits and Systems, Pensions (DB & DC schemes), Vehicle Fleet Management, Compensation, Benefits and Reward systems, TUPE, multi-country union consultations, Health & Safety.

I am very professional and highly competent individual, having strong interpersonal skills, as well as being a dynamic, strategic thinker who remains enthusiastic in my attitude towards work. Having honed leadership skills and having managed many successful projects and teams to deliver the results the businesses required whilst meeting my own targets and deadlines.

Together with my business Partner, whom I have known and worked with for over 15 years, we have set up Hanson Lawrie a Human Resources and Recruitment Consultancy.  The aim is to support SME's who are extremely busy building a successful company focused on making profit and we help by taking away the People Management issues and help reducing costs through investing in strong people management.  We will help by:
