Payroll projects have been Access Dimensions, Sage payroll, and moving from an outsource company (Moorpaye) to an internet portal (Traceability) involving employees greater than 300 people.

Raising finance for MBO, company acquisitions, vehicle fleets, lorries fleet and warehouse acquisitions.

Setting up auto enrolment for pensions for companies.

Foreign currency hedging in euros and dollars.

Senior level experience in fashion, construction, technology, printing, international jewellery, transport, logisitics, warehousing, industrail water jetting, plus a social enterprise.

Experience with acquisitions, disposals, mergers, close downs, new start ups, MBO, MBI, share schemes, R&D tax relief, accounting systems changes,faster month end and year end signs off. (Normally accounts audited and signed off within 90 days of year end). EMI share schemes, team motivation and team performance assessments.
