I have always loved creating things, even from a young age. It started out with a passion for theatre/Film set design. I have studied and worked behind the scenes for small and large theatres across the UK, creating costumes, sets, props and lighting designs.
However, after struggling with the sporadic nature of the employment season to season, I studied Art and Design at KIAD (Kent Institute of Art & Design) and then went on to Bath Spa University where I completed my BA Hons in Graphic Design.
Working for both large and small design firms in multiple areas such as print, web services and animation I have built up a great knowledge and passion for the creative industries.
I have worked for clients including Mack Multiples, Bottle Bazaar, Endometriosis UK, She Trust UK, Fujitsu, MBA House, Kent Wildlife Trust and many more. The chance to go it alone was one I had to take and I have never looked back. I love the craziness of never knowing what each day may bring and who I may be working with next. I have found a love for branding and working with passionate small businesses.
I love to doodle and create illustration just for fun as well (Do check out my etsy shop and S6 store). Inspired by life, nature, patterns, textures, food, random thoughts / stories, music and when I am practicing yoga and meditation. I love to draw and never tire of the constant beauty and inspiration in the world around me.
Hiring me may cost a little more than a 'do-it-yourself' approach, but if you really want to get you and your business known then I’m the woman for you! Getting the WOW factor into your visuals will work wonders for your reputation and lead generation, and will well and truly put your brand on the map. I would love to get to know you and what you do, maybe get the chance to work with you on your business or your idea, so please feel free to get in touch!
Kaye’s 4Sight at Maidstone - How doodling, drawing and creating can help you think differently, was a lot of fun. From a psychological viewpoint, it was also very revealing, which I loved. Drawing to produce mindfulness was interesting, challenging, and very entertaining. Thank you Kaye.
