Harriet Cadman Consultancy Services provides specific and bespoke business advice and support to SME's and start-up companies in East Anglia. Services include HR and employee relations, creative resourcing, training and development, internal policy, procedure and process establishment and implementation, marketing and business growth strategy, tender and bid writing.

As more businesses face tougher challenges in the current competitive market, it becomes more difficult to succeed and thrive as a market leader with clear direction.  With our services, we truly understand and analyse the company's and director's needs in the first instance before supporting and advising them working in true partnership, with the objective to alleviate pressure, give them focus on their strengths and empower them going forward.

Harriet is a highly experienced Independent Business and Human Resources Consultant with a demonstrated history of working from global corporate brands to start up companies within business and HR operations,across several industries including, media and entertainment, investment banking and social work managed services.

Harriet's is a CIPD professional and has a BA focused in International Business and Business Law, she is also trained in Advanced Tender and Bid Writing , the Webster Stratton model, Warner Model Interviewing, Assessment Centre Interviewing, Health and Social Care, CPD Mental Health Awareness in Children and Adults, CPD Working with Adolescents and Teenage Mothers.  She is currently studying a masters in Psychology.
