Business Doctors is a network of experienced business people, passionate about sharing our skills and experience. Our aim is to offer ‘hands-on’ support to business owners enabling them to overcome their own unique challenges and helping them to achieve their aspirations for growth. 

We are not traditional consultants. Our approach is different and involves getting into the nuts and bolts of businesses and providing practical advice every step of the way.


Our clients may be striving to achieve the next level of growth in turnover and profitability, working hard without seeing the results, facing staffing issues or planning to build the value of their business for financial security. 

Business Doctors has supported and helped transform hundreds of companies across a spectrum of industries, filling a gap in the market between the big four consultancies and specialist individuals.

Why I’m good at what I do…

I came to Business Doctors with more than 30 years business experience, including launching new products and leading a national team of 100 people. My expertise is broad and covers business strategy, sales, operations, change management and project management alongside learning and development.
 
Having spent the last 17 years in a variety of positions in healthcare technology, I have always found myself in roles where I am setting up something new or supporting others to succeed in their roles. My motivation is to help, advise and support people to be the best they can be in business.

I live in Heckington, near Sleaford, with my wife, two children, two cats and Scrappy Doo the King Charles Cavalier. Away from work, my main hobby is amateur dramatics. I have been involved in over 50 productions since getting the bug at school and my most recent role saw me as an Australian Drag Queen called Koala Bare (somewhat removed from my Business Doctors image).
