Five years ago I came across a healthy eating programme in The Netherlands. I was so taken by it and saw so many amazing results that I decided, together with my husband, to follow the programme. Both of us experienced considerable health improvements and it convinced us that many more people could benefit in the same way.
The programme was established in 2002 by a Dutch nutritionist, following 20 years of research. Since then around 50,000 people have completed the programme and continue to enjoy its benefits.
To enable me to launch the programme in England, I followed a course in Nutritional Awareness, was trained in the Netherlands as a coach, attended educational workshops and seminars and read many more books on the subject.
We all know obesity is on the increase due to several reasons. People don't exercise enough and, with the growth of snacking and convenience foods, they don't eat as healthily as they once did.

As soon as I saw Leonie's book -Cook Wright- I knew I was going to like it. The book is a comfortable A5 size & wire bound; easy to use around the kitchen & I don’t need to worry that I am going to lose my page mid-recipe! The recipes are easy to prepare & I loved the salmon with samphire and lemon!
