Author of How to Complain: The Essential Consumer Guide to Getting Refunds, Redress & Results! Consumer champion working with individuals and companies to make, prevent and deal with complaints effectively. I pop up on BBC Radios 2, 4 and  5 various BBC local radio and community stations, BBC Breakfast, ITV News, Ripped Off Britain, Victoria Derbyshire and The One Show and in national and local press banging on about consumer rights, doing phone ins etc.

I also speak at events, next one Retail Week in March where I will be running a workshop.
